500 g finished miso, ca. 450 ml. Weighted with 2 pickle pebble (ca. 350 g)

Ingredients

  • 100g jasmine rice koji (light rice koji spores)

  • 100g oats

  • 1183g water

Directions

  • Mix all
  • Bring to 58 deg C
  • Incubate for 6-8 hours
  • Chill, leave in fridge up to 5 days (supposedly gets creamier). Blend and strain to drink.
