500 g finished miso, ca. 450 ml. Weighted with 2 pickle pebble (ca. 350 g)
Ingredients
100g jasmine rice koji (light rice koji spores)
100g oats
1183g water
Directions
- Mix all
- Bring to 58 deg C
- Incubate for 6-8 hours
- Chill, leave in fridge up to 5 days (supposedly gets creamier). Blend and strain to drink.
