Miso

100g Miso

2 tbsp mirin

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp sake

1/2 tsp vinegar

Sesame

5 tbsp roasted ground sesame

5 tbsp tahini

4 tbsp mirin

4 tbsp vinegar

3 tbsp sesame oil

3 tbsp vegetable oil

3 tbsp sugar

2.5 tbsp soy

Dashi powder
